What to expect

On arrival.

Please arrive at The Well 5 minutes prior to your appointment, you will find the receptionist and waiting area on the right hand side when you enter the main entrance.

Depending on the condition that you have identified as being your problem, you may be asked to complete a questionnaire in the waiting area before your appointment time, this is to allow us to make the most of your time during the consultation period.

What to bring.

Please bring any relevant medical letters or names of medications.

To easily assess a back problem or problem relating to the lower half of your body, please bring a pair of shorts that you can change into.

For females, please bring a strappy top if your problem relates to the arm, shoulder or back.

During your consultation.

Uniquely at Mindbody Physio, you will be given the opportunity to discuss everything relating to your health condition at length. Usually a minimum of 25 minutes of your initial consultation is given to listening to you talk about the experience of your condition. You may also be asked about other lifestyle factors that could be impacting on your condition to enable a truly holistic management plan. If you don’t want to talk in length, that is also fine. This is a respectful & professional service and for some conditions it is not as relevant.

What about COVID?

The wearing of masks is optional however if you would feel more comfortable wearing a mask and would like your physiotherapist to wear a mask then we will be only be too happy to oblige you - however we cannot guarantee the wearing of masks by those in the waiting area (it is not usually busy however).

The plinthe is covered with disposable paper roll and is cleaned down with disinfection wipes after and before every use. There are handwashing facilities in the client bathroom and alcohol gel throughout the clinic.

Cancellation Policy

The clinic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy - if you do not attend your appointment or give 24 hours notice of the need to rearrange it will not be possible to refund your booking fee.
