Welcome to Mindbody Physio
A uniquely holistic approach to Physiotherapy
Our welcoming practice in Kings Heath provides a professional and friendly service for South Birmingham, creating space to go beyond the traditional role of physiotherapy to more helpfully address a wide range of health problems.
From common muscle and joint complaints to complex conditions such as chronic pain and hypermobility disorders, neurological rehabilitation and more, our goal is always to listen and understand first.
From a place of understanding, we are best placed to work with you to deliver an individual holistic plan, with the potential to encompass physiotherapy, alongside cognitive functional therapy, lifestyle and wellbeing advice.
“The mind and body are not separate. What affects one affects the other.”
